Jason: This is POSTCARDS

James Meeley was here but he decided to pack up and run away. James Meeley gave the comics blog-o-sphere something negative to talk about. Allow POSTCARDS to give you something positive to talk about.

This is not James Meeley. This is POSTCARDS. And you are allowed to link here.

POSTCARDS is my 160-page anthology coming July 2007 featuring Harvey Pekar, Phil Hester, Tom Beland, Matt Kindt, Rick Spears, Rob G, Stuart Moore, Michael Gaydos, Ande Parks, Robert Tinnell, Josh Fialkov, Danielle Corsetto, Antony Johnston, Noel Tuazon, and many more of comics greatest creators.

The book consists of 16 stories inspired by used antique postcards I've collected over the years. Talks of quarantines, wars, sickly mothers, and secret admirers.

This blog will not be updated. The best place for more POSTCARDS information and artwork is the MySpace page and the soon-to-be full website (currently a production blog although I've been updating the MySpace blog more).

Also, send a postcard to:

Jason Rodriguez
PO Box 17851
Arlington, VA 22201

Tell us a little about yourself and include a return address or email address. You could receive a postcard from a creator in the book with some ramblings or a sketch.

Farewell, for now. Look for POSTCARDS coming July 2007.

May I hope, madam, for your interest with your fair daughter Elizabeth, when I solicit for the honour of a private audience with her in the course of this morning?
